The Art Club

As a member of the Art Club, you get a 10% discount in the store at Willumsens Museum, but unfortunately we are not able to give discounts in the webshop. Even though you do not get a discount in the webshop, there are often events and activities where you get a discount or free admission when purchasing tickets on the website.

You can also become a member by contacting the ticket office at Willumsens Museum.

Delivery and returns

Shipping costs are calculated after you have entered your delivery address and selected your delivery method. Delivery starts at 72,- kroner incl. packaging costs.

We pack orders every day. When your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation, invoice and Track & Trace number so you can follow your package. Please note, it is your responsibility to follow your package via the Track & Trace link.

If the package is not picked up or if the shipping company has not been able to deliver the package to you, the package will be returned to us. In this case, your order will be canceled and we will deduct the return shipping from your refund. If you would like the package to be resent, please place a new order.

If you have ordered your package for collection at Willumsens Museum, you can pick up your package during the museum's opening hours. You will receive an email when your package is ready for collection.

Packages to be delivered with GLS are shipped once a week on Thursdays at 12:00. During peak periods, or during periods with public holidays, longer delivery times may occur.

Yes, you can.

There is a 14-day right of return/cancellation on unused goods. The goods must be returned securely wrapped and in the original packaging.
When exchanging or returning the item, send it to Willumsens Museum with an invoice/copy of the invoice and a return slip. The cost of returning the item is paid by you as the customer. When exchanging, we pay the shipping cost for the return shipment to you. We do not accept returned items sent by cash on delivery.

When we receive the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us for the purchase. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has diminished because:

– you have actually used the product,
– it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
– you have handled the goods in a way other than was necessary to enable you to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods
– you have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc.

We will refund the money to you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the return shipment.

All orders are confirmed automatically (by e-mail). If you have not received an e-mail confirming receipt of your order as well as a binding order confirmation, we recommend that you check your spam filter. It is also a good idea to check whether you have entered the correct e-mail address, as errors in this will result in missing e-mails from us. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service. Please have your order number ready before contacting customer service by phone.

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sales Act, including the defect rules. You have a 2-year right of complaint on your goods. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after the defect was discovered.

In the event of a complaint, Willumsens Museum will exchange the item. We reserve the right to settle a complaint by paying the purchase price of the item.

The cost of return shipping for justified complaints will be borne, by agreement, by Willumsens Museum.
