Prices
All prices in our webshop are stated in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT, excluding shipping.
Ordering and payment
Willumsens Museum uses a payment gateway from QuickPay. Communication with this payment solution has been tested by PBS. All card data is sent encrypted.
To shop at www.willumsensmuseum.dk/butik you must be 18 years of age and have a valid payment card. We accept Dankort, Visakort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Mastercard Debit. You can also pay with Mobile Pay. If you are not yet 18 years of age, you can still purchase goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.
All orders are confirmed automatically (by e-mail). If you have not received an e-mail confirming receipt of your order as well as a binding order confirmation, we recommend that you check your spam filter. It is also a good idea to check whether you have entered the correct e-mail address, as errors in this will result in missing e-mails from us. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service. Please have your order number ready before contacting customer service by phone.
We reserve the right to make corrections, technical errors, and out-of-stock items. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will hear from us within 48 hours on weekdays. We will only charge your card when your package is shipped.

Delivery
The goods are shipped with GLS every Thursday before 12:00.
Freight
All Danish orders are subject to a fee to cover the shipping costs to GLS PakkeShop / GLS delivery to a private address. The fee depends on the delivery type and is shown in the shopping cart. For uncollected orders that are sent back to Willumsens Museum, return shipping and an administration fee of 40,00 DKK will be charged.
If you wish to have the order picked up at Willumsens Museum, no shipping fee will be charged.
Contact the museum for delivery costs within Europe or other countries abroad.
Returns
There is a 14-day right of return/cancellation on unused goods. The goods must be returned securely wrapped and in the original packaging.
When exchanging or returning the item, send it to Willumsens Museum with an invoice/copy of the invoice and a return slip. The cost of returning the item is paid by you as the customer. When exchanging, we pay the shipping cost for the return shipment to you. We do not accept returned items sent by cash on delivery.
When we receive the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us for the purchase. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has diminished because:
– you have actually used the product,
– it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
– you have handled the goods in a way other than was necessary to enable you to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods
– you have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc.
We will refund the money to you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the return shipment.
Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sales Act, including the defect rules. You have a 2-year right of complaint on your goods. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after the defect was discovered.
In the event of a complaint, Willumsens Museum will exchange the item. We reserve the right to settle a complaint by paying the purchase price of the item.
The cost of return shipping for justified complaints will be borne, by agreement, by Willumsens Museum.
Choice of law and venue
Purchases of goods at www.willumsensmuseum.dk/butik are subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact jfw@frederikssund.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board, if the conditions for this are met, see www.kfst.dk.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaints Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing a complaint, you must provide our email address jfw@frederikssund.dk.
